We love us some Serena Williams. From her amazing resilience being a superstar athlete to her epic wedding sneakHERs - she is goals. She has been celebrated by the Swoosh for quite some time and she brings some pretty fly sneakHER style to the tennis courts. With the upcoming U.S. Open tournament, Serena has teamed up with Virgil Abloh's Off-White brand x Nike to merge premium fashion and sportswear. Basically, this is a match made in heaven.

The "Queen" Collection powered by Virgil Abloh x Nike is inspired by Serena's love of ballet which shines through the apparel pieces' design. Along with apparel in the collection, the dynamic duo of Off-White x Nike showcase two new pairs of kicks. You know what Off-White sneaker silhouettes do to the internet, right? This was no exception with the unique (and colorful) iteration of the "Queen" Collection Nike Air Max 97 and Blazer Mid. The signature pairs feature midsoles with playful color gradient styles along with the signature deconstructed Off-White motif complete with volt zip-ties. Check out images from the lookbook below.

Serena is set to rock a PE version of the NikeCourt Flare 2 and tennis dress that blurs the lines between soft femininity and one of the hottest street style waves today. Personally, I am loving the Nike Blazer and even more excited to try and get my hands on it. The original Off-White x Nike Blazer in "The 10" was not available in my size. This would serve as a nice sneakHER second chance.

We are definitely keeping our ears to the e-streets for more release information on this legendary tribute to one of CNK's favorite queens. The U.S. Open begins on August 27th, therefore our guess would be a release concentrated around that date. Nike and Off-White are serving up power and grace just for the ladies. Stay tuned.
