Self-care and mental health awareness has become a key element to our survival toolkit this year. With that thoughr in mind, we want to share community trailblazers that are making a difference by making their purpose popular. Elizabeth Beecroft (AKA @lizbcroft) has been taking her passion for sports and sneakers to create an avenue that intersects with her career in mental health. You may recall her Nike x Cultivator sneaker design on the 270 that reminded us it’s important to ‘feel the feels’. Liz is back with another important collaboration that’s anchored in mental health advocacy.
Liz’s ‘Sport of Self Care’ Collection is inspired by her love for basketball and how it can play a pivotal role in stress relief. Sports continues to work as a vehicle for wellness, not only in the body but also the mind. The collection is in partnership with UNKNWN and features apparel pieces and exclusive basketballs. By raising awareness for mental health and the positivity of sport, Liz is able to organically reach many of us that may be silently struggling. Check out pieces from the collection below.

Select proceeds from the capsule will also benefit the Jed Foundation, which works as one the of leading organizations in mental health awareness and suicide prevention for teens and young adults.
