SneakHER Girl's Guide To: All-Star Style
One thing we pride ourselves on here at CNKDaily is our commonality. We totally get that being a woman often feels like a full-time job and sometimes, you just need a little help, a little bit of instruction and, ultimately, a way to make your life just a LITTLE bit easier. While we’re excited about Valentine's Day and the SneakHER style it brings, we’re also gearing up our beauty ballers for All-Star Weekend. It’s considered a sport holiday, right?! CNK prides itself on diverse ways of styling our sneakers. Whether they are for lifestyle or kicks for the court. We took this SGG down to Charlotte, NC to tap Melissa Chanel (the fly fashionista with the chic sneakher closet) to show us three different styles perfect for All-Star Weekend. But, let's be honest, we'll definitely be taking notes and rocking these looks all year round. Just being honest.

Melissa took her flex down to the Spectrum Center. The home of the Charlotte Hornets, owned by MJ himself, and also where all the action will be happening All-Star weekend. And if you didn’t already know, these Jordan 6 Infrared beauties will be releasing All-Star Weekend too. Do you ‘Got ‘Em’?
Melissa's Take: "Well, I mean it is NBA All Star Weekend and what’s the NBA without Michael Jordan? With the upcoming Jordan 6 release I had to grab my pair out of the closet and pair it with something cropped for a fun day at NBA fan fest in the epicenter."

While all the basketball action may be happening at the Spectrum Center, Melissa decided to explore the rest of the city while wearing her Puma RS-X Toys and pairing it with a super comfy chic fit. Comfort is key!
Melissa's Take: "Nothing says comfort like a sweat suit! I decided to go super relaxed for maybe sitting in the stadium all day for the festivities or attending any sneaker events that may be in town! Adding a colorful shoe (these pumas are super comfy) and the fur coat brings out my personality and makes the outfit effortless!"

With the hustle and bustle of the highly anticipated weekend, there is only one way to get around the Queen City in style: the light rail. Melissa shows off her pop of color Air Max 95’s with a few statement pieces that will make for a few double-takes! Color is everything.
Melissa's Take: "I wanted to go with something girlie! During NBA All-Star weekend you may want to attend day parties or events, but also comfortable. Adding in pops of color with a conversation piece like my Air Max 95, you’re for sure stand out in any crowd!"
