Mifland's Spring/Summer 2025 Collection Is Black Luxury
I’m a sucker for Black-owned brands that actively and intentionally use their products to tell our stories. Mifland, since I became a fan in 2022, has always resonated on a deeper level. Not only have they been good for a storytelling moment, but in an age where brands like Kith and Aimé Leon Dore seem to be capitalizing on the semi-luxury streetwear game, Mifland serves as a reminder that quality, versatility, and effortless fly can also be Blackity Black.
Mifland, ICYMI, is a Black-owned heritage brand founded by Tobi Egberongbe. What originally began as a leather goods brand has evolved into staple accessories and clothing that bridge generations and genders. Now, Mifland has unveiled a Spring/Summer 2025 collection that tells a tale of two cultures by emphasizing the intersection of Egberongbe’s Nigerian heritage with a Western influence.
Blending vibrant color, bold silhouettes, and lived experience into every garment in the 11-piece collection, Mifland combines a range of camp shirts, pants, T-shirts, and sweats that take us on an international journey all within the comforts of home. Take a look at the SS25 preview visual below:
