Wish List: adidas Originals & Wood Wood Bring the Big Bang to the Ultra Boost

So, let's just get right down to it: I love these.

Danish streetwear mainstay Wood Wood recently created two collaborative versions of the adidas Originals Ultra Boost and they won. Boom.

The Copenhagen-based label channeled their inspiration from the Big Bang, or for those of you who only paid attention in science class to make sure you didn't blow yourself up, the gravitational waves that followed the Big Bang. You know? "Let there be light..." Anyway, the Wood Wood team found some mojo with a little help from science and our good friend Albert Einstein and - BANG! (pun intended) - we've got a shoe, folks.

The Ultra Boost collaboration boasts alternating blue and orange color highlights found on the heel tab of both versions, with the men’s version steeped in a standard lace closure, and the women’s iteration fitted with an elastic mid-panel. Girls...these are slip-ons - let us rejoice.

These beauties officially hit stores on February 20th both in-store and online through Wood Wood. A wider release will commence at select retailers on February 27th.

This, my friends, is a no-brainer. Einstein would be so proud.
