If you're anything like me, finding the perfect sports bra has been a bit of a struggle. While showing a little side boob in your cute side-cut tee is acceptable for a casual mid-day brunch, it's absolutely the last thing you need when you're in mid-stride at spin class. Lucky for us ladies, Nike is changing all of that with their latest Nike Pro Bra Collection. Five sweet silhouettes designed to bolster performance without compromising style come into the Nike Sportswear fold. And yes, some of Nike's signature female athletes are making them look like a breeze to wear.

According to Nike Senior Design Director Jamie Lee, “The right sports bra is essential for the athlete. Having the right or wrong fit can make or break performance.” The collection has been tested and critiqued by Nike elite athletes, whose feedback has been used to update the silhouettes for a personal fit and all-around better support for the body. Teaming with Nike NYC, women of a variety of shapes and sizes tried out the bras and Nike, always the informative bunch, took us to school on the benefits of each silhouette.

Fact (1 of 4): Most women wear a band too big and cup too small. Raise your hands above your head. If the band moves up, you may need to size down.

Fact (2 of 4): No matter your chest size, gravity can cause tissue damage while you move – sports bras protect you from this.

Fact (3 of 4): Sports bras are designed to take on more impact than regular bras – this is why the band of your sports bras should fit slightly tighter than your everyday bra.

Fact (4 of 4): Motion causes breasts to move in a figure eight, and cupped designs can provide higher support for bigger breasts.
